Very quiet machine. The wash program is great. Only tried the dryer twice and it works great for smaller items like underwear and socks. I tried towels but it takes hours. Great machine so far

Having owned a washer and dryer, I couldn't believe how quiet this machine was. Well, the clothes may need to sit a little longer during the drying process, but it's very quiet while washing or drying. That's great.

It feels like a quality product - a German brand. I did my research and reviews and chose the more reputable brand. I installed it myself and it worked immediately...phew! Tried a short cycle, wash and dry cycle, it was long but also dry. It will calculate the weight and how long it will take accordingly. Really happy so far. It looks great in my kitchen too! I even bought a refrigerator freezer from the same brand and love it too!

The Simple is one of the best washing machines I have ever used. We love spending time in the kitchen and this machine is so quiet it's almost unbelievable. I was lucky enough to own an LG direct drive washing machine in a previous rental and was very impressed, I hadn't really heard of Haier but I thought I'd give it a try, first and foremost if you've never owned one A Washing Machine Washing Machine Direct Drive Washing Machine If you are looking for a new washing machine, then this must be your first choice. It's so quiet, with almost no vibration or rumble throughout the cycle, that we could easily have a normal conversation while sitting in the kitchen. The machine itself looks great, the controls are simple and intuitive, has everything you need, and the drums are the perfect size. The LED illuminated drum is great too, very handy for spotting the odd lost item hiding behind while emptying, and overall makes the unit look more premium. It's also very narrow in depth which makes installation very easy and we don't have a lot of space so it's much better than our old one. As you'd expect, it cleaned our clothes perfectly, but to be fair, most washing machines can do that. It definitely has a faster cycle time than our old machine which is another huge benefit and I like how you can adjust the cycle time as needed. While I haven't really heard of the Haier, overall this is a great alternative to the LG Direct Drive that offers some great unique features. We've been using it for two weeks now and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, it's worked great so far and hopefully we'll have many years of happy washing.
